Retail Bank Diversity Program
Client wanted to rollout a Respect in the Workplace program for 3500 staff in Canary Wharf.
Sasha Scott worked with the Diversity Committee on the design of material. The workshops ran for 9 months, two hours in duration, 40 delegates per session. Highly interactive through the use of culturally relevant case studies & dichotomies for delegates.
This was followed up with the facilitation of numerous employee engagement focus groups to formulate the diversity strategy going forward.
Investment Bank Behavioural Coaching
Investment Bank used Sasha to rollout remedial behavioural coaching for a senior manager & revenue earner who was involved in a formal grievance amid allegations of bullying & harassment. The key objectives were retention & motivation – to alter the behaviour of manager to a leadership stance and to help his team become more inclusive going forward.
Used cutting edge methods and measurables to assess behaviour change.
Global Asset Management Company
Client needed all senior managers trained on Managing within the Law.
Rolled out training workshops for 150 managers lasting 3 hours per session. Case study work only & facilitated by an employment lawyer & Sasha Scott.
The aim was to give delegates a psycho-legal approach to effective people management
Global Law Firm Diversity Training
Sasha worked with HR to design three programs for client around diversity, inclusion, Corporate & Management & personal responsibility therein.
Training rolled out to 1100 staff over 18 months. Partner sessions small & highly interactive using case studies & feedback from sessions with fee earners & support.
A major focus on diversity & business development as well as internal morale & culture.
US Law Firm Diversity Training
Partner/ Senior Manager workshops for 200 staff
Worked with US office to integrate corporate values to London office.
Subsequently commissioned to compile report for Management Committee on engagement, retention and diversity.
Magic Circle Law Firm
Managing Diversity Program – designed exclusively for this client. Objectives were to leverage off diversity & learn from other senior leaders about their attitudes and methods of managing diversity & inclusion.
Facilitation was via Forum Theatre and Sasha aligning all messages to the business & operational risk.
US Law Firm Partner Sessions
Using Forum Theatre we focused on key challenges within the firm to enable Partners and Team leaders to look at how they manage people issues (work-life balance, sexual orientation, client perspectives on diversity & effective performance management). Two hour workshops for 15 delegates.
